Rosa and Enrico

take over what was then a typical neighborhood osteria, with two bocce courts attached. The main activity back then? Briscola tournaments.

1979

Their daughter Bruna

and her husband Renzo take the reins of the place, quickly transforming it into a trattoria, which soon takes on the name “Dalla Bruna.”

2007

Davide

(Bruna’s son), together with his wife Chiara, decides to carry on the family tradition by managing the trattoria as the third generation.
